Q: Why should I sign up for Bridal Bootcamp?
A: You should sign up if you want to look amazing on your wedding day. If you want people to see you walking down the aisle and whisper “Wow, she looks amazing!” OR You should sign up if you want to make the following changes: Lose weight, increase strength, build endurance and increase muscle tone, make fitness part of your life, decrease stress and have FUN.

Q: What sets Bridal Bootcamp apart from other Bootcamps?
A: Bridal Bootcamp is dedicated to helping the bride and everyone involved with the wedding (even past brides or people interested in making their body the best it can be), achieve the body they have always wanted! We bring a welcoming, personal side – experience being that bride that is striving to look awesome in her dress, and we bring the experienced instructor side that will push you to your physical limits and take the responsibility to make sure your dreams of looking hot and sexy for the big day are realized! We are fully trained in Bootcamp instruction and have been a part of it, instructor and participant for a number of years. We are dedicated to each and every participant!

Q: What time do you hold classes?
A: Bridal Bootcamp holds classes Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm. Please look at the schedule to find a location for you.

Q: Do I have to be a bride or in a bridal party to take part in Bridal Bootcamp?
A: NO! Anyone that is interested can join us! This is a hardcore workout that will whip your body into shape and make you realize your fitness potential.

Q: Can my husband-to-be take part in the bootcamp?
A: We do have special packages for wedding groups that would like to do the bootcamp together – please contact us directly for pricing and arrangements.

Q: Can men take Bridal Bootcamp?
A: Absolutely, it may be called Bridal Bootcamp but men are more than welcome to join.

Q: Do I have to be in good shape to take a bootcamp course?
A: You don’t have to be a fitness competitor, but some experience with exercise would be helpful. This is a high intensity workout that will test you to your max and you will be pushed! (that being said we will also give modifications to accommodate different fitness levels! – safety is important!)

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Prior to sessions starting: please give us one week notice or you will lose your funds. Once it starts: please cancel by the end of the first week of classes to receive 50% of your funds. After first week of sessions: no refunds.

Q: When does Bridal Bootcamp operate?
A: Year round! In the spring, summer and fall we will be outdoors. Over the winter we will be taking it indoors.

Q: What happens if it is bad weather (raining, snowing…)?
A: Bootcamp stops for nothing, not even bad weather. Your instructor will be there and so should you.

Q: Am I guaranteed results?
A: After the 4 week session you will feel stronger, have a flatter stomach, sexy arms and toned and tight muscles. We can’t guarantee everyone will see the same results; it depends on you and how much you put into your bootcamp.

Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A: You need to bring a mat, water and lots of energy.

Q: What do we do on the first day?
A: Your instructor will take your measurement and then we get right into bootcamp. Don’t worry, we will take it a little easier on you for your first day.

Q: What happens if I miss a class?
A: We encourage our participants to ensure they are available for all classes in order to get the maximum physical benefits and achieve their goals. If you should be absent for a class, please let your instructor know.

Q: What if I’m late?
A: No one should ever be late. Everyone knows what time class starts but if you are late, still show up and join the class. However, you will have to complete a set of burpees, push-up or jump squats in front of your workout mates. Please be on time as a courtesy to the camp.
